NeverStop is a mobile workout timer application operated by Aprilleaf. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how the app handles data and how your information is treated.

Data Handling

NeverStop is designed with privacy as a core principle. The app handles only minimal data necessary for its functionality, all of which is stored locally on your device.

This includes:

• Workout count: The total number of workouts you have completed (stored locally on your device)
• Pro status: Whether the lifetime upgrade has been purchased (stored locally)
• Language preference: Your selected interface and audio language (stored locally)

We do not collect or transmit this data to our own servers.

No Account Required

NeverStop does not require account creation, email registration, or login. You can use the app immediately after downloading without providing any personal information.

Local Data Storage

All app-related data is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage mechanisms. We do not operate backend servers that store personal or workout data. Your device is the sole source of this information.

In-App Purchases

NeverStop offers a one-time lifetime purchase to unlock unlimited workouts. All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store).

We use RevenueCat as a service provider to manage purchase entitlements. RevenueCat uses anonymous identifiers provided by the app stores. We do not have access to your payment details or personal billing information.

No Ads or Tracking

NeverStop does not display advertisements and does not use analytics, tracking technologies, or behavioral monitoring tools.

Offline Functionality

The app functions fully offline. An internet connection is required only for completing or restoring in-app purchases.

Children's Privacy

NeverStop does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. As the app does not collect personal data, there is no child-specific data stored.
